Decisions and actions by state and federal legislatures and administrative agencies often times result in a direct positive or negative impact on your business and the automotive aftermarket industry. The Association remains vigilant on your behalf in Sacramento, Carson City, Phoenix, and Washington D.C.

Our national partners are the Auto Care Association and The Coalition for Auto Repair Equality (CARE). With our cooperation and coordination, you are assured of daily vigilance and long term assistance to remain competitive and free of unnecessary government intrusion.

What is CAWA's PAC and Why Do We Have One?

The Association created a Political Action Committee (PAC) which allows CAWA to strengthen our Association's voice by supporting key decision-makers who truly understand our industry and the work we do. The political climate is constantly changing, and it is important that we have resources to help look out for the best interests of our industry and member companies. Every member company and individuals within those companies has the opportunity to contribute to the PAC in support of industry and business issues. The Public Affairs Committee of CAWA, made up of your colleagues in the industry, guides the Association on legislative, regulatory and political matters of importance to you.
